Successful Go-Live for our esteemed client Intervalve Poonawalla

The Praxis team is pleased to announce the successful Go-Live for our esteemed client, Intervalve Poonawalla. This project was complex from many perspectives, involving a large manufacturing company with three locations, a substantial user base, and a wide and intricate product range. In addition to the standard SAP Business One functionalities, we implemented several manufacturing-specific add-on solutions developed in-house, which facilitated process mapping. The two key success factors for this project were the quality of the product configurator add-on and the effective implementation of the MRP process.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Managing Director Mr. Sathe, who provided clear targets from the outset. The IT team, led by Mr. Nagraj Mundargi and supported by Mr. Madhav Pendse, the architect of their existing solution, did an exceptional job driving the project internally with diligence and offering valuable advice throughout. Additionally, all business process heads and users were cooperative and adaptable to the new working environment.
