Team Praxis feels honoured to have collaborated with a company that is making big strides in manufacturing for Defense and Aerospace products for the Indian Army under the “Make in India” initiative of GOI. Our team has helped this customer go live on SAP Business One very recently and it marks the beginning of a long partnership. The project was challenging with respect to execution given the rapid pace with which the operations are also growing in parallel to the project activities with resources finding it difficult to balance the time between the operational priorities and SAP project’s needs. However, the joint team of customer and Praxis have achieved the first milestone.
